On September 20th, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on Guidelines for Equipment Upgrading and Technological Transformation in Key Industrial Sectors" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). This "Notice" covers 27 key industries and 4 key areas. Among them, those closely related to the recycled plastic industry mainly include chemical fiber filament equipment, plastic product industry equipment, and recycled resource comprehensive utilization equipment.

1: Chemical fiber filament equipment. It mainly includes high-speed spinning machines, beam forming machines, stretching machines, shaping machines, drying machines, jet looms and threading machines, etc., all of which are weaving equipment. 

2: Equipment for the plastic products industry. This mainly includes extruders (for plastic films, plastic pipes, fluoroplastics, etc.), foam plastic molding machines (EPS, XPS, polyurethane, etc.), plastic thermoforming machines, hollow molding machines, blow molding machines, etc. as high-end equipment. Also includes automated packaging, feeding and loading/unloading equipment, online monitoring equipment, intelligent warehousing bidirectional stretching film equipment, and other automated and intelligent devices. 

3: Comprehensive Utilization Equipment for Renewable Resources. For recycled resources such as waste steel, waste copper and aluminum, waste paper, waste plastic, and used tires, through the transformation of comprehensive utilization processes and equipment upgrades, we aim to promote the automatic dismantling, precise sorting, and high-value recycling of these resources, thereby enhancing the efficiency of resource comprehensive utilization and facilitating the rational extension of the refined processing industrial chain of renewable resources.
